Federal Case Against the State of New York
for Unlawful Prohibition of Cannabis Hemp
On February 12, 2010, Abigail filed a federal case against
Assemblyman Richard Gottfried, Speaker Sheldon Silver, Senator Thomas Duane
and the New York State Legislature as a whole
for neglecting to do their duty to protect the people of the State of New York,
for failing to support the Constitutions of the State of New York and the United States,
for failing to show compelling governmental interest in continuing criminal sanctions
against the people of the State of New York
who exercise their inalienable right to cultivate cannabis
as is their God given right,
and for failure to prove subject matter jurisdiction over her and her plant
as is required under Rule 60 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
